For making cauliflower cabbage cutlets

In a bowl, add 2 tbsp boiled chopped sweet potato,2 tbsp grated cauliflower,1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp haldi,1/4 tsp coriander powder,1/4 tsp dry mango powder,1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp suji, 1/2 tsp salt,1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves. Mix well

Mash and mix it well
- Step 4
Shape the mixture into cutlets
- Step 5
In a frying pan, shallow fry with 2 tsp oil
- Step 6
Serve with tomato ketchup.
