- Step 1
In a kadhai add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 green elaichi, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp chopped ginger, tomato puree, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp sugar.
- Step 2
Mix them well and then add water as required for the curry.
- Step 3
Then add 1 tbsp peas, 1/4 cup boiled diced potato,1/8 cup cubed paneer and stir it for a few minutes.
- Step 4
Serve hot with chapatti.
