Ingredients

- Step 1
Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 cup chopped onion and saute.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 cup chopped bottle gourd, 1/4 cup boiled peas, 1/4 cup chopped cauliflower and mix.
- Step 3
Pour little water, 1/2 tsp haldi and saute all ingredients.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 cup boiled and diced potato and saute.
- Step 5
Pour a little water to cook vegetables.
- Step 6
Cover and cook until vegetables turn soft.
- Step 7
Mash the vegetables until smooth.
- Step 8
Add 1/2 cup chopped tomato, 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder and 1 tsp butter.

Mix everything and mash again until smooth.
- Step 10
Add 1/4 cup chopped capsicum, mix and mash it well.
- Step 11
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 12
Mash for a smooth texture.
- Step 13
Give it a Nestle twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 14
Garnish it with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 15
Serve it hot with pav and chopped onions.
