- Step 1
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
- Step 2
Add in 2 black pepper, 1/8 tsp jeera.
- Step 3
Fry 1/4 cup chopped onion till light brown, once it starts turning brown add 1/4 cup chopped tomato and cook.
- Step 4
Now add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt and saute well.
- Step 5
Add 100 gm chicken pieces and mix it well with masala. Once the chicken is partially cooked, adjust consistency by adding sufficient water.
- Step 6
Mix well and cover with lid to cook completely. Finally, garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice and chapatis.
