Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 bay leaf, 1 star anise, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp amchur powder, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp garam masala and mix.
- Step 4
Now add 2 tbsp boiled chana, 1/4 cup boiled potato, required water and mix.
- Step 5
Garnish with 1 tsp coriander leaves, add 1/2 tsp chole masala.
- Step 6
Serve hot with puri or roti.
