- Step 1
In a bowl add the cooked rice,1 tbsp besan, 1.5 tbsp coconut milk and mix well.
- Step 2
Add beetroot, 1/2 tsp grated ginger,1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/8 tsp ajwain, and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 4
Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 5
Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp oil, add a spoonful of batter and spread the mixture evenly.
- Step 6
Cover and cook on both sides.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
