For Mixture
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, to that add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp Chopped green Capsicum, 1 tsp Chopped Yellow Capsicum, 1 tsp Chopped Red Capsicum.

Lightly Saute it.

Add 1/4 tsp Jeera Powder, 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder and 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala.

Now add Cooked Sabudana, Mashed Potato

and 1/4 tsp Salt and mix well.

For Wrap
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp Maida, 3 tbsp Wheat Flour and Palak Puree

(N/T).
- Step 8
Add 1/8 tsp Salt, 1/8 tsp Oil
- Step 9
Mix Well.
- Step 10
Add water and Knead Into Dough.
- Step 11
Roll Out Using Rolling Pin.
- Step 12
Add Mixture.
- Step 13
Make Square Pockets & Seal the edges with little water.
- Step 14
Heat Oil For Frying.
- Step 15
Deep Fry Squares till Golden Brown.
- Step 16
Serve Hot.
