- Step 1
Cook 2 tbsp rice and keep aside.
- Step 2
In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 3
Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt & saute well.
- Step 4
Once the vegetables are mixed, crack 1 whole egg in it and stir till it gets scrambled.
- Step 5
Add the cooked basmati rice and mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 6
Add 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp vinegar and stir well.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
