Ingredients

- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp coconut oil, add 1 tsp jeera, kadi patta, 1 tbsp grated carrot and cook until soft.
- Step 2
Add 2 tsp chopped mint leaves and mix well. Switch off the flame and let it cool down.
- Step 3
In a bowl add 3 tbsp soaked poha, 1 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp rice flour, sauteed carrot mixture and salt for taste.
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 5
Gradually add warm water and knead into a smooth dough
- Step 6
Grease a banana leaf or butter paper with oil.
- Step 7
Take a small portion of ragi dough, place it on the greased sheet and flatten it gently
- Step 8
Pat it evenly with your fingers
- Step 9
Heat a griddle, brush it with 1/2 tsp coconut oil and carefully place the adai.
- Step 10
Roast it on both the sides till light brown.
- Step 11
Serve hot.
