Preparation
In a kadai, heat 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp cumin seeds, 1/8 tsp mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute.
- Step 2
Now add 1/4 cup chopped french beans, 1/4 cup chopped carrot and mix.
- Step 3
Add water, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 4
Close the lid and cook.
- Step 5
Add 1/8 tsp hing and 1/4 tsp coriander leaves on top and serve.
