Prepreparation
Boil 1/4 cup potatoes

For making bhaji
In a kadai, add 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp dry red chilli powder, 1/4th haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th cup carrots.

Add water as required & simmer. Then add 1/4th cup boiled potato.
- Step 4
Garnish it with 1/4th tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5
Serve with chapati. Enjoy.
