- Step 1
Take a nonstick fry pan and heat 1.5 tsp of oil.
- Step 2
Add 1/4th tsp jeera, 2 tbsp onion, 1 tbsp tomato, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala and 1/4th tsp red chilli powder. Mix this well.
- Step 3
Now add 1/4th tsp dhania powder and 1/4th tsp salt. Mix this evenly.
- Step 4
Add 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp boiled peas, 8 cube paneer and saute well.
- Step 5
Add water & allow it to simmer and reduce to the desired consistency.
- Step 6
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Serve hot with chapatti.
