Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1/2 tsp ghee in a kadai, put 1/4 tsp rai, let it crackle, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp tamarind pulp, enough water and let it simmer.
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp rasam masala, 3 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi.
- Step 3
Add the cooked tur dal and simmer.
- Step 4
Sprinkle 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5
Serve it hot with rice.
