- Step 1
Heat a pan add 1/2 tbsp chopped pista, 1 tsp chopped cashewnuts, 1 tsp chopped almonds, 1 tsp grated dry coconut and dry roast until light brown
- Step 2
Transfer to a bowl and set aside
- Step 3
To the same pan, add 1.5 tbsp ghee, 1/4 cup besan and roast until light brown
- Step 4
Add roasted nuts and coconut, and mix well.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Cool down the mixture and shape into equalsized pinni.
- Step 7
Serve
