Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pressure cooker with 1/4 tsp oil, add 1 clove, 1/8 cup julienne onion,1/2 tsp grated garlic and saute
- Step 2
Add 1/8 cup diced bottle gourd, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, soaked moong dal and cook for a minute
- Step 3
Add water as required, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and salt for taste
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated ginger
- Step 5
Close the lid and pressure cook until 2 whistles
- Step 6
Once cooked, using a blender, blend to a smooth texture
- Step 7
Transfer the mixture to a pan and simmer for 2 minutes
- Step 8
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped parsley and serve warm
