- Step 1
Boil & blend 1/2 cup soya chunks into a coarse mixture.
- Step 2
Make puree from 2 tbsp chopped palak and keep aside.
- Step 3
In a bowl, add blended 1/2 cup soya chunks, 1/4 cup boiled mashed potato,1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp chopped pudina, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, palak puree and mix well to combine all together.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 5
Take small portions of the mixture and make round shape tikkis.
- Step 6
In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil and place the tikkis.
- Step 7
Shallow fry from both sides until golden brown and crisp.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
