- Step 1
Heat a pan, add 1.5 tbsp ghee and 3 tbsp suji, and roast until light brown.
- Step 2
Add 1/3 cup chopped jackfruit, 1 tbsp chopped cashew nut, and 1 tbsp chopped pista and mix well.
- Step 3
Pour 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and allow it to simmer.
- Step 4
Add 2 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder, and 1/2 tsp kesar.
- Step 5
Cover and cook until it cooks well.
- Step 6
Stir it continuously until the halwa leaves the sides.
- Step 7
Garnish with saffron strands.
- Step 8
Tasty jackfruit halwa is ready to serve hot.
