- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1 cup jowar flour, 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp baking soda, and mix all ingredients well.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp oil, 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, and water as required, and mix gently to make a smooth and thick batter.
- Step 3
Fold in 4 tbsp chopped dates,1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts, 5 black raisins and mix gently.
- Step 4
Fill the muffin moulds with the batter and bake in a preheated oven for 1520 minutes until done.
- Step 5
Once done, allow the muffins to cool, demolud, and serve warm.
