Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pressure cooker with 1 tsp ghee, add 1/4 tsp jeera and 1/8 tsp hing
- Step 2
Add moong dal, rice and season with 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 3
Pour water as required and mix well
- Step 4
Pressure cook until 2 whistles
- Step 5
Once the pressure releases, fluff the khichdi gently.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped mint leaves
- Step 7
Serve it hot with plain Nestlé A+ Curd.
