- Step 1
For Kibbeh Dough
In a bowl add 1/3 cup suji, water as required and knead into the soft dough. Keep aside.
- Step 2
For Chicken Stuffing
In a heated pan add 1/8 cup minced chicken,1/2 tbsp chopped onion,1/8 tsp cayenne pepper,1/8 tsp jeera powder, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, and saute it well.
- Step 3
Take the suji dough and divide it into an equal portion.
- Step 4
Fill the chicken mixture in each portion, seal it and roll into a ball
- Step 5
For Kibbeh Soup
In a pan heat, 1/2 tsp olive oil then add 1/2 tbsp chopped onion,a pinch of cinnamon powder,1/4 tsp cayenne pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt,1/4 tsp black pepper powder and saute it well.
- Step 6
Add 20g tomato puree, water as required,1/2 tsp sugar, lemon juice, chicken kibbeh, mix lightly and cover and cook it well.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding spinach.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
