Steps
- Step 1
Take the fermented batter, add ground kidney beans, and mix well.
- Step 2
Grease the Idli moulds with 1 tsp oil and pour batter into the moulds.
- Step 3
Set the moulds in the Idli stand, cover them with a lid and steam till the idlis are cooked.
- Step 4
Serve hot.
