Knead a semi soft dough using 3/4 cup maida, 2 tbsp grated paneer, 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil and water as required.

Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3
Rest the dough for 5 mins.
- Step 4
Divide it into equal sized balls.
- Step 5
Roll out into round shape.
- Step 6
Heat oil for frying and fry till golden brown.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
