- Step 1
For Batter
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp besan, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, water as required and mix it well.
- Step 2
For Vada mixture
In a mixing bowl, add 3/4 cup boiled mashed potato, 1 tbsp peanuts powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 3 tbsp chopped mint leaves, mash and mix it well. Then from the mixture make round shape vada.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer.
- Step 4
Heat oil, dip the vada in the batter, then put it in the pan, fry evenly on medium flame.
- Step 5
Serve it hot with 4 pav.
