- Step 1
For Misal
Soak and cook 1/3 tbsp each of matki and chana.
- Step 2
Take a kadhai and heat 1/2 tsp oil in it.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/8 tsp hing, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp garam masala. Saute well.

Then add cooked matki and chana, 1/8 cup fresh peas, and mix.

Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 6
Once mixed well, add water and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Simmer till completely dried and the peas are cooked.
- Step 8
For Paratha
Knead a soft dough with 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt, prepared misal mixture and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Roll into a round paratha.
- Step 10
Roast from both sides with 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 11
Serve hot.
