Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp ghee, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8 tsp haldi and mix well.
- Step 2
Add boiled whole moong, cooked rice, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 3
Garnish 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
