Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tbsp besan, 1/8 cup ragi flour, 1 tbsp suji, 1 tbsp oats and mix well
- Step 2
Add 1/8 cup grated dry coconut, 1/8 cup jaggery powder, 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder, 1/2 tbsp white til and combine well
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 4
Gradually pour 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and knead a soft dough.
- Step 5
Add 1/2 tbsp ghee, knead again and rest the dough for 5 minutes
- Step 6
Divide the dough into equal parts, roll each, flatten it gently and set aside.
- Step 7
Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry thekua until crisp and golden brown
- Step 8
