Ingredients

- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, onion puree and saute it over low flame.
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp gingergarlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and mix all spices well.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 cup diced mushroom, tomato puree and mix it.
- Step 4
Add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and a little water, and saute for a minute.
- Step 5
Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding Kasuri Methi
- Step 7
Serve it hot with chapati and salad.
