- Step 1
For Mushroom Spinach Mixture
In a pan heat 1 tsp olive oil, add 1 black peppercorn, bay leaf,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,2 tbsp chopped onion, and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add into the 1/4 cup chopped mushroom,1/2 cup chopped spinach, salt as per taste, and saute it well.
- Step 3
Add prepared tomato puree, and cook it nicely.
- Step 4
For Pie
In a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup diced boiled potato,1/2 tbsp butter,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1/4 tsp black pepper powder, salt as per taste, and whisk till creamy.
- Step 5
Take a baking mold and add into the mushroom spinach mixture, Pipe potato mixture with piping bag and nozzle.
- Step 6
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 2025 minutes or till potato mixture light brown in color.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
