- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup minced mutton, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp besan.
- Step 2
Mix all ingredients well and keep aside.
- Step 3
In a pan, heat oil for frying and add prepared balls.
- Step 4
Fry it till golden brown.
- Step 5
Tasty mutton kofta is ready to serve hot.
