- Step 1
For Saute Vegetables
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil and add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/8 cup chopped onion, and 1/8 cup chopped carrot and saute it well.
- Step 2
For Meatloaf
In a bowl add 1/2 cup minced mutton, and soaked bread and combine well.
- Step 3
Add the sauteed vegetables,1/4 tsp oregano,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce,1/4 tbsp tomato ketchup,1/4 tsp salt,1/4 no. egg white and combine all together well.
- Step 4
Take a greased mould and add the mutton mixture, Spread it and cover it with foil paper.
- Step 5
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 3040 minutes and serve.
