- Step 1
In a kadai, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp jeera, 2 tsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp hing, 1/2 tsp clove and stir it well.
- Step 2
Add boiled chana dal, masoor dal, black urad dal, moong dal, tur dal and rajma.
- Step 3
Stir it well.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp green elaichi, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli.
- Step 5
Add water and simmer.
- Step 6
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Serve it hot with rice or roti.
