In a bowl add 1/4 cup rolled oats flour, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder and salt for taste

Give it a Nestle twist by adding grated carrot
- Step 3
Add water and mix until desired batter consistency
- Step 4
Cover and rest the batter for 5 mins
- Step 5
Heat a nonstick pan, brush with oil and pour a ladle of batter
- Step 6
Roast the adai evenly on both sides until crispy and golden brown
- Step 7
Serve hot with tomato chutney
