- Step 1
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp butter and whisk well.
- Step 2
Then, add 1/3 cup maida,1/2 cup oats flour, 1/8th tsp salt 1/4th tsp each of vanilla extract and baking powder, and 2 tbsp of your favorite mixed chopped nuts.
- Step 3
Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 4
Add 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, mix well, and knead into a semisoft dough.
- Step 5
Roll the dough and shape them into equalsized balls.
- Step 6
Preheat the oven, line the tray with parchment paper and place the cookie dough ball at even distance.
- Step 7
Bake them at 180 degrees for 10 mins.
- Step 8
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool.
- Step 9
Enjoy it as an evening snack or pack it in your tiffin box.
