- Step 1
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp oats flour, 1 tbsp suji, 2 tbsp grated carrot, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp black til and 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Curd.
- Step 2
Mix with a spoon making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed and roll it to make oblongshaped muthiya.
- Step 3
Heat oil in a pan and add muthiya.
- Step 4
Fry the muthiya on both sides till crispy and golden brown.
- Step 5
Serve hot with ketchup.
