- Step 1
For Dough
Knead a semisoft dough with 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp sattu flour with water as required.
- Step 2
Roll into a round shape.
- Step 3
Heat a tawa, roast it and keep aside.
- Step 4
For Stuffing
Heat 1 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped of each onion, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, red capsicum and saute.
- Step 5
Season with 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes and salt for taste.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 7
Add 1/8 cup paneer cubes and combine all ingredients well.
- Step 8
For Wrap
Apply 2 tsp tomato ketchup on the wrap, place the paneer capsicum mixture.
- Step 9
Wrap it into a roll and serve.
