- Step 1
For Rice
In a pressure cooker, add water as required, soaked rice, 1/8 tsp salt and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
- Step 2
For Paneer Egg Curry
In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil, add, 6 garlic cloves, 1 tsp dhania seeds, 2 tsp chopped red chilli, 2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 cup diced onion, 1/4 tsp salt and saute well.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 cup diced tomato, water as required, cook and blend the mixture.
- Step 4
In another pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 cup paneer cubes, and fry paneer cubes until golden brown.
- Step 5
In the same pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 bay leaf, 1/4 cup puree and mix well.
- Step 6
Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, water as required, fried paneer cubes and mix well.
- Step 7
Add boiled egg and simmer for a few minutes.
- Step 8
Garnish with 1/4 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 9
Serve hot with cooked rice.
