For the kulcha dough
- Step 2
In a bowl ,add 4 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5th tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 3
Combine well and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 4
Rest the dough.

For the filling

In a bowl, add 4 tbsp grated dried coconut,1/8 tsp salt,1/2 tsp crushed black pepper, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste. Mix it well

Roll the dough. Fill in the stuffing

Seal and fold
- Step 9
Gently press by hand
- Step 10
Apply water
- Step 11
Place the kulcha
- Step 12
Add 2 tsp ghee
- Step 13
Flip it
- Step 14
Roast well on both the sides.
- Step 15
Serve it hot
