Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped pineapple, 4 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/8 tsp vinegar, 1/4 tsp salt and 4.5 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Mash lightly with a fork to release juices
