- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp rai, 4 kadi patta, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft.
- Step 2
Add cooked pumpkin, 1/4 tbsp sambhar masala, 1/4 tsp salt and mash everything together
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped cashewnuts.
- Step 4
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool.
- Step 5
Add 2.5 tbsp bread crumbs and shape into round cutlets
- Step 6
Coat with 2.5 tbsp suji and set aside
- Step 7
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, place the cutlets and roast until crisp and golden brown
- Step 8
Serve warm
