- Step 1
In a bowl, take 1 tbsp chopped onions, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, cooked quinoa, 1/4 tsp salt and mashed potato.
- Step 2
Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 3
Shape a patty from the mashed mix and coat with 1 tbsp bread crumbs.

In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 5
Shallow fry the patty until it turns golden brown from all sides.
- Step 6
Slice open 1 whole wheat burger bun, through the centre.
- Step 7
Apply 2 tsp tomato ketchup and 2 tsp mayonnaise.
- Step 8
Next, place 2 slices of onion, 2 slices of tomato, 1 lettuce leaf and the patty.
- Step 9
Cover the bun and serve.
