Ingredients

- Step 1
Heat a pan, pour 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and bring it to a boil
- Step 2
Reduce heat to lowmedium and continue boiling until Nestlé A+ Milk reduces to half its original quantity
- Step 3
Keep separating the cream and stick to the sides of the pan
- Step 4
Add condensed mixture, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/8 tsp green cardamom powder and 1/2 tsp kesar strands.
- Step 5
Stir well to combine and cook until sugar dissolves.
- Step 6
Mix the cream from the sides of the pan and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Step 7
Continue cooking over low heat, stirring frequently.
- Step 8
Cook until rabdi thickens and form a creamy texture.
- Step 9
Garnish with 2 tsp each of chopped cashew, badam, and pista.
- Step 10
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed nuts
- Step 11
Let it cool and serve chilled.
