- Step 1
Roast 1/2 cup rajgira flour.
- Step 2
Take a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp ghee, add 3 tbsp jaggery powder and mix together.
- Step 3
Pour in a little water to get the desired consistency.
- Step 4
Take previously roasted rajgira flour in a mixing bowl and add the previously made liquid jaggery.
- Step 5
Making sure all the ingredients are distributed evenly, mix properly using a spoon.
- Step 6
Take a scoop in hand, make the ladoos and transfer to a serving platter.
- Step 7
Serve fresh.
