Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add dry red chili, kadi patta, 1 tbsp peanuts and roast until light brown
- Step 2
Add chopped cabbage and saute for a minute
- Step 3
Season with 1/8 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp black salt and 1/4 tsp chaat masala
- Step 4
Turn off the flame and let it cool
- Step 5
In a bowl whisk 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd until smooth and add the cabbage peanut mixture and mix well
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chia seeds
- Step 7
Serve chilled
