- Step 1
In a kadhai, heat 1 tbsp oil., add 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp urad dal and tur dal.
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3
Add 7 kadi patta, and 2.5 tbsp each of chopped onion and tomato and mix.
- Step 4
Add rice rava and saute for a minute.
- Step 5
Season with 1/4 tsp each of salt, haldi, red chilli powder and dry mango powder and mix well.
- Step 6
Pour water and stir.
- Step 7
Cover and cook until soft over low heat.
- Step 8
Garnish 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut.
- Step 9
Serve warm.
