Prepreparation
Knead dough from 3 tbsp wheat flour.
- Step 2
Boil and mash 1/4 cup diced potato. Boil 1 tbsp peas and keep aside.
- Step 3
In a bowl add boiled diced potato.
- Step 4
Add 1/3 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

Mash and mix well.
- Step 6
Now add peas and mix it well again.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 8
Roll the dough and fill the potato peas stuffing.
- Step 9
Cut the rolled dough into triangular shape, fold into samosa shape and deep fry.
- Step 10
Serve hot with chutneys.
