- Step 1
In a bowl, add 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp besan, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, and mix well.
- Step 2
Knead into a soft dough using water as required and rest the dough for a few minutes.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot.
- Step 4
Divide the dough into equal portions, flatten each, and roll it into a round paratha.
- Step 5
Heat a pan, place the paratha, and roast with 1.5 tsp ghee.
- Step 6
Flip and roast on both sides until cooked thoroughly.
- Step 7
Serve hot with plain Nestlé A+ Curd or raita or any curry.
