- Step 1
Heat a kadhai on low flame , add 1 tsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 4 tsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp fresh peas, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and saute well.
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp lemon juice, soaked 4 tbsp soya granules & mix well.
- Step 3
Add 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, mix it well.
- Step 4
Add black sesame seeds (Nutritional Twist).
- Step 5
Serve with chapati.
