- Step 1
Knead 1/2 tbsp wheat flour into a dough, roll and roast it on a pan and make a roti. Keep aside.
- Step 2
In a pan, add 2 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tsp grated garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp green chili paste and saute all ingredients.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp garam masala, cooked soya granules, 2 tbsp boiled mashed sweet potatoes and mix well.
- Step 4
Turn off the flame, add 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix well.
- Step 5
Take roti, place the stuffing in center, top it with 2 tbsp julienne green cabbage and 1 tbsp julienne onion.
- Step 6
Roll the roti with stuffing, roast it on tawa with 1 tsp butter.
- Step 7
Serve it with ketchup or chutney.
