- Step 1
Heat a pan and dry roast 30g soya flour until light brown and keep aside.
- Step 2
In another pan, heat 1 tbsp ghee, add 2 tbsp jaggery powder and mix until it melts
- Step 3
Add the roasted soya flour, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder and mix well.
- Step 4
Make sure all the ingredients mixed properly.
- Step 5
Turn off the flame and transfer the mixture to a bowl
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped pistachios
- Step 7
Shape into evensized laddoos
- Step 8
