Prepreparation
Boil 1/8th cup diced potatoes, and soak 1/8th cup poha. Keep them aside.

Preparation
In a mixing bowl, boiled potatoes, soaked poha, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp grated cheese.
- Step 3
Mash and mix it well.
- Step 4
Shape the mixture into balls.
- Step 5
Coat with 2 tbsp bread crumbs.
- Step 6
Deep Fry till golden.
- Step 7
Serve with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
